The Honduras SHB coffee is grown in the La Paz and Marcala regions. SHG (Strictly High Grown) specifies that the coffee was grown at an altitude around 1350 meters. Coffee grown at a higher altitude and lower temperature produces a slower maturing fruit and a denser bean. This has meant that the coffee produced creates a more desirable speciality cup with herbal and nutty flavours.
Allergy Advice: This product is comprised of 100% coffee beans. However, due to the manufacturing environment this product may contain traces of tree nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, milk, cereals containing gluten, celery, curstaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, molluscs, mustard, soya, sulphur dioxide and sulphites.
