Palmyra Estate coffee is a catuai coffee often selected by clients for its consistency and approachable cup.
Palmyra Estate coffees come from the Palmira farm, the centre of Hacienda La Esmeralda. Palmira was the name of the first parcel of land purchased by the Petersons in 1967, and over the years the holdings have grown to encompass a number of smaller farms.
When roasted, the coffee produces a great clean cup, soft citrus with balanced acidity, caramel and toasted almonds, sweet aftertaste and finish.
