This patented and also organically certified non-chemical decaffeination process uses the clear waters from the highest mountain to gently remove the caffeine from the green beans. The result is that the green coffee is 99.9% caffeine-free. When roasted this gives a complex decaffeinated cup with flavours from berries, blackcurrants, cinnamon and honey with a balanced acidity and well-rounded body.
