This El Salvador coffee is grown in volcanic soil at a high altitude of 1400-1500 metres above sea level. Coffee is handpicked and taken out the coffee mill where it is wet milled. Once depulped it is rested in fermentation tanks up to 12 hours. It is then washed and dried on a patio. When roasted, the coffee has flavours of orange, almond and cocoa.

However, due to the manufacturing environment this product may contain traces of tree nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, milk, cereals containing gluten, celery, curstaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, molluscs, mustard, soya, sulphur dioxide and sulphites.
