The Nicaraguan coffee beans have been grown and harvested by independent smallholders in Jinotega. Jinotega produces Catimor and Caturra coffees which grow between 1,100 to 1,700 meters. They are hand-picked and washed before being dried naturally on low-elevation drying areas. When roasted, this makes a medium bodied coffee with cocoa, fruity and nutty flavours.
Allergy Advice: This product is comprised of 100% coffee beans. However, due to the manufacturing environment this product may contain traces of tree nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, milk, cereals containing gluten, celery, curstaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, molluscs, mustard, soya, sulphur dioxide and sulphites.
