This coffee is produced by a cooperative located in the counties of Jaen and San Ignacio, which are found in the Peruvian region of Cajamarca. They all have their own small depulper and drying beds or patio. The coffee is processed in the traditional washed style, with a long dry fermentation. This gives the coffee a smooth, sweet, nutty and cocoa flavour.
Allergy Advice: This product is comprised of 100% coffee beans. However, due to the manufacturing environment this product may contain traces of tree nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, milk, cereals containing gluten, celery, curstaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, molluscs, mustard, soya, sulphur dioxide and sulphites.
