This coffee is produced at an altitude of 1600-1800 MASL (metres above sea level). This coffee was processed using the natural method. Once delivered the coffee is floated, and is then moved to dry on raised African beds inside greenhouses. This naturally processed coffee has a real strawberry-forward character, with delicate florals that rival the best African coffees out there.
